Can I Arrange a Delivery Time?
Babyscuppie.com is unable to guarantee that your goods will be delivered at a specific time. If you think that you or someone else will be unable to receive the goods, please contact customer.service [at] babyscuppie [dot] com. We will provide you with the delivery number so that you can personally arrange a delivery time with the shipping company.
Babyscuppie.com uses a dynamic shipping calculation system. This system calculates the most suitable rate according to weight, dimensions and destination. The total shipping cost will be listed separately in your shopping basket before you confirm the order and proceed to checkout.
At Babyscuppie.com we constantly strive to offer you the best shipping options for our products; therefore, we also offer you an express shipping option which you can select at the time of confirming your order.
The shipping prices listed do not include eventual taxes or customs duties, which will have to be paid by the customer upon receipt of merchandise.

Spain: Free Shipping for purchases equal to or greater than 100 € VAT included
The offer is only valid for mainland and Balearic Islands.
Rest of Europe: Free Shipping for purchases equal to or greater than 200 € VAT included.
When Will I Receive My Order? Delivery Times.
Unless written indication in the product sheet or error in our system, all products appearing on our web-site are in stock. Babyscuppie.com guarantees delivery to the shipping company the same day of placement of all those orders paid by 5:00 pm (Spain time), unless orders are placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or bank holidays, in which case the order will be shipped on the first working day following the order's completion.
Please keep in mind that all delivery times are calculated based on working days and may be affected by local or national holidays. Also, remember that if the form of payment chosen is bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until our Accounting Department receives confirmation of payment.
*During Christmas or other such holidays, we cannot guarantee delivery times for Standard Shipping due to the shipping companies' high volume of work.
