All marked prices on our product list include VAT. As a general rule, 16% VAT will apply to EU member countries. All businesses within the EU will be exempt from tax except those based in Spain.

All prices at babyscuppie.com may be revised and modified at any time.

Products on sales

All products with a special reduced price at babyscuppie.com will be accompanied by the following information on the web-site: reduced price, regular price and discount percentage. These sale prices will be available until the date shown or until end of stock.

a) Bank transfer
Upon completing your purchase you may wish to select the bank transfer option. In this case you will receive an Email, which, together with the confirmation of your order, will indicate the account number where the transfer should be made payable to N.I.F. 30642776Z Babyscuppie in EUROS.

It is very important that you indicate the Order Number in the subject bar, as well as your name and surname. The bank transfer should be made within a 3-day period, counting from the day the order was placed.

If you wish, you may send a copy of the bank transfer receipt by email to contact [at] babyscuppie [dot] com. The order will not be considered complete until the bank transfer has been verified by our Accounting Department.

Remember that payments must be made in EUROS and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected. For bank transfer payments made from countries other than Spain, it is important that any commission / fees applied by the bank of origin are paid by the customer. If this is not the case, BABYSCUPPIE will not dispatch the order until the
entire amount is received.

We guarantee that every transaction performed at babyscuppie.com is 100% secure. All operations which imply the transmission of personal information or bank details are performed within a secure environment. Babyscuppie.com uses a secure server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All information is transmitted via encryption.

Credit card details are not recorded on any database. They are handled only by the bank.

In an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have included the latest security measures for on-line commerce developed by VISA and MASTERCARD. These are known as 3D Secure Code (Verified by VISA) and SPA/UCAF (Mastercard Secure Code). Thus, if you are a holder of a "Secure enabled" card, you will always be able to make a payment with a VISA or MASTERCARD on our web-site.

If your credit card cannot be enabled with this secure code, it may be possible for your bank to allow you to perform the purchase by asking you to “secure” the credit card.
In both cases, when making a VISA or MASTERCARD payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: credit card number, expiry date, and a validation code which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering greater guarantee of security for on-line transactions.

PayPal offers a service especially thought out for those who do not wish to use traditional forms of payment.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery

BABYSCUPPIE guarantees delivery to the shipping company the same day of placement of all those orders paid by 5:00 pm (Spain time), as long as items are on stock, and unless orders are placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or bank holidays, in which case the order will be shipped on the first working day following the order’s completion. Please keep in mind that all delivery times are calculated based on working days and may be affected by local or national holidays. Also, remember that if the form of payment chosen is bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until our Accounting Department receives confirmation of payment.

BABYSCUPPIE reserves the right to change form of shipment and shipping company, regardless of what is expressed on this website, as long as it is not detrimental to the client.

Note: Shipments will not be made to Post Box Addresses.

Note: Babyscuppie reserves the right to modify delivery times without prior notice when orders require oversized packaging.

The shipping prices listed do not include eventual taxes or customs duties, which will have to be paid by the customer upon receipt of merchandise.

For free shipping:
Spain: Free Shipping for purchases equal to or greater than 100 € VAT included
The offer is only valid for mainland and Balearic Islands.
Rest of Europe: Free Shipping for purchases equal to or greater than 200 € VAT included.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 7 working days of the delivery date marked on the order. (According to art. 44 of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996, 15th January relating to the retail trade and modified by Law No. 47/2002 on 19th December).

Simply send back the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse, but Babyscuppie pays shipping costs to send the exchanged item to the customer.

It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.

Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and we have confirmed that the above stated conditions have been met, Babyscuppie.com will accept the returned merchandise and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, in accordance with the form of payment used to place the order, or:

a. If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.

b. If you paid for you order by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.

Note: The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of 20 days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse.
Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated the following month.

Bear in mind that Babyscuppie.com will not accept returns with unpaid postage.

5. Protection of personal information

In compliance with the established Fundamental Law 15/1999, dated 13 December 1999, of the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, BABYSCUPPIE informs its customers that all personal information provided will be included in an automated personal information file, created and maintained under the liability of BABYSCUPPIE.

The purpose of this file is to assist in processing orders, and, if the appropriate box has been ticked, sending future commercial offers of products and services that could be of interest to our customers, for which we may inform our associated companies.

6. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
